We pulled up to Speedwell Forge Lake in Pennsylvania for Renee and Brad’s engagement session, and the only car in the parking lot was a pick up truck with two green kayaks loaded up in the bed. If Renee hadn’t told me what to expect, I might’ve assumed these two hadn’t arrived yet.
But, those two kayaks belong to Renee, a gift from Brad, and they were set on including them in their engagement session. NO PROBLEM. I adore when couples show unique and adventurous sides! Renee and Brad hopped out of the truck and after some dressed up photos, we slid those green kayaks into the water of Speedwell Forge Lake for more engagement photos. A very old, very fat, very fuzzy black lab lazed in the shallow water of the boat launch, watching us as she held her favorite water toy in her graying mouth.
Renee and Brad, thanks for spending a beautiful, fun evening with us! You definitely sold me on getting some kayaks (and plugs, lol). It’s happening.
I can’t think of a better couple to share an anniversary with and Adam and I are both looking forward to celebrating with you on your wedding day. June 4, here we come!!!!!
xoxo
