Bell Mountain Estates is just one of my favorite venues as a State College and Central PA photographer. There are quite a few that make my creative heart sing, but this one appeals to my inner outdoor girl as well. The mountains, the pond, the natural light. Sigh. Gorgeous. Just outside of downtown Lewistown, PA lies this beautiful wedding venue at the base of a mountain.

On Dan and Haley’s wedding day, rain threatened but instead left an alluring mist in those mountain trees before the ceremony. Inside the stone farmhouse, Haley took a few moments of her unexpected down time to simply gaze at the dress she was about to wear for her groom. When she put it on, tears glistened in her green eyes. She and Dan have a relationship that shouts “we really were made for each other!” Honestly, I have not met a bridal couple who are so much alike. These two are fun. Like, goofy together. I can’t count the amount of silly faces they made at each other throughout the day. Makes me smile just thinking about it.

Dan and Haley, your relationship is light-hearted and fun, and yet it is also obviously serious to you. You treat each other with deliberate care and with genuine thoughtfulness. It is inspiring to others. Our prayer for you as you begin your marriage journey together is that you continue to be responsible for each other. That you treat your spouse with utmost care out of a sincere heart, and that you pursue the Lord together. Continue to use your amazing voices in worship to Him and in service to people. What a gift you share! Thank you for sharing your day with us. We were honored.
